L’Oreal Gives Beyonce a Color Correction
Following Obama vic I guess its now cool to look black
In the spirit of the new year and Barack Obama’s victory it apparently it is now officially cool to be black. This apparently according to L’Oreal who last year launched this Beyonce ad spread which virtually the entire black blogoshpere (of course spearheaded by the Nation) was outraged about.
However, following the historic Obama victory Black is the new pale pastey white so they’ve once again gone into Photoshop and released a new spread that represent Beyonce in her more natural hue. I guess all you Beyonce riders out there are going to have to toss that eggshell colored foundation and cop this new mocha. What a joke! More images from the spread after the jump.
