Highbrid Nation Remembers Actor De’Angelo Wilson
Troubled former “8 Mile” and “Antione Fisher” actor dead in an apparent suicide
Young and developing actor, De’Angelo Wilson has been found dead in an apparent suicide. His body was discovered on Nov. 26 in Los Angeles. It is believed he had hanged himself.
His largest role may have been as “DJ Iz” from the Eminim bioflick 8 Mile, but was probably most well known as “Jesse” in Antwone Fisher. Wilson also had lesser roles in CSI: NY and in the movies The Salon and Mercy Street.

I just found out about DeAngelo. I knew him before he was an actor. He used to live with me in hollywood. His ambition for acting left a impact on my life. I thought he was a great person and his dedication to acting one the reason I sent him on a greyhound back to Ohio. Where he was working a local gas station. When I read about his death I was shocked becuase he attitude about life was always up beat. I want him to that all of us he used to hang out with in Hollywood,Ca. will miss him. R.I.P. DeAngelo
