NeNe From ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ Issues Statement Denying Evicted ‘Rumor’
“Without wasting time on the details, the only thing I will say is that we were NOT evicted”
So yesterday I blogged about the rumored eviction of NeNe from Bravo‘s the “Real Housewifes of Atlanta.“ The Atlanta Journal Constitution first broke the story yesterday but prior to publishing had exchanged a number of emails with reporters investigating the truth behind the allegations. As I pointed out, the tact with which she used left much to be desired in her public relations skills.
Well now that the story is very public, NeNe has been backpeddling trying to dispel some of the rumors. Andy ( you know the guy who does all the reunion shows on BRAVO) posted a statement from NeNe on his blog. Apparently she must have read some of Zach’s DIY Public Relations tips. A little bit too late though.
“The recent rumors alleging that my family faced an eviction are a huge misunderstanding and grossly inaccurate. I am truly blessed to enjoy a wonderful life and lifestyle. We have indeed moved to another home, but we did so on our own free will. We live in an absolutely beautiful home and we are fortunate to be able to live in the place of our choice. Unfortunately, there are many families who are facing real foreclosures and real evictions. That is not and never was the case with us. I know where we live and how we live, and for those blessings I am humbly thankful. It is disappointing that many members of the media have chosen to report gossip instead of news. Without wasting time on the details, the only thing I will say is that we were NOT evicted. Everybody knows that I like to be honest, real and upfront. If something was wrong, I would tell you! Thank you for your well wishes. However, please know that my family continues to be abundantly blessed, and that Miss NeNe has not skipped a beat!”
Leagues more polished than her previously emailed responses to the newspaper. I can imagine the calls she must have gotten from every publicist, PR agent and crisis manager in the country following that debacle. It didn’t take long however before she hired one. Now lets get her a fitness trainer and etiquite coach and she’ll be well on her way.

Hey, Ballys is now offering Month-to-Month memberships. But I like the way she looks. I just hope that she remembers that her 18 year old son probably disapproves of how she dresses. (But I don’t)

Whoever wrote this article or blog or whatever you wanna call it should stop hating!! NeNe does not need to join the gym in the way your implying, your just being ugly. Do us a favor and post your picture and a picture of your house for us to comment on where we think you can improve. God has blessed NeNe for a reason and I hope that he continues to do so.
His picture is right at the bottom of every post he writes.
I live in a 2BR apartment in Brooklyn, NY. Decent view and with a slumlord who won’t fix the garbage shoot. Its all good though because I’m not on TV claiming to be anything that I’m not.

well I don’t think any thing is wrong with Nene weight but I think she needs to grow up and gain a little class. not because u are from the ghetto that means u have to act like it. yes she also need to dress her age. if she wants to be successful in business and wants to be taken seriously she needs to tone down a little bit. am not a hater am just being real.
Hmmmm so from what I’m gathering from the Nation its her dress not her housing antics that are most offensive. Interesting.
