Although there are conflicting reports from competing newspapers in New York it appears that the Dos Un’s New York Knicks will be sending their LEADING SCORER, Jamal Crawford to my Golden State Warriors for my forward, Al Harrington. 

Details of the deal were leaked to Newsday (Long Island, NY) late last night.  Although its all speculations a this time Harrington appears to be the only definite at this time.  Harrington of course is very familiar to Knicks president Donnie Walsh who drafted him out of St. Patrick’s High School in Elizabeth, N.J., while he was with the Indiana Pacers drafted. Harrington has been unhappy all season and has showed in his garbage play.  He had demanded a trade from the Warriors after a falling out with coach Don Nelson.

I find it hard to believe this trade is going down. Its a terrible trade for the Knicks because they’re not getting enough back.  On the other hand, The New York Post, posted a report on its Web site early Friday morning, suggesting that it was Malik Rose’s bum ass and his expiring contract ($7.6 million) that the Warriors may acquire which makes far more sense for the Knicks.  Obviously this would be a salary dump for the Warriors and doesn’t help them on the court but given our history I’m not surprised.
