Cassie Has A New Album Dropping And She Warns Not To Expect Too Much From Her Vocals
Let’s all cut her some slack because she’s cute
Cassie can’t sing. This is common knowledge. She can’t dance either. She’s not even that charismatic. Only thing she seems to be good at is standing still to have her picture taken. You wouldn’t be able to tell that from her album sale and endorsements. She’s actually doing really well for a person who has very little talent. It’s all been a smooth road except for a live show that she did a while back where she came out there sounding like William Hung on helium. Ever since then people have been ragging on her hard for her lack of vocal skills. Now Cassie has a new album coming out and the focus is once again turning toward her vocals. Here’s what she had to say on the matter while talking to AllHipHop:
“I think more than anything, people were mean. I couldn’t ask for things to go any other type of way. I don’t regret how it went, and there was a reason why that happened. But at the same time I have to take the blow for it. That was my own fault for not being prepared and not saying anything to anyone when I knew that I wasn’t. I’ve gone in with my vocal coach.”
I’ve made it clear to people that I’m not Aretha Franklin. They’re going to see me perform and entertain, but they’re not going to see my blow. I wouldn’t ever take credit for anything like that. It’s just not what I do. I’ve gone in and have tried to develop it. Either running on the treadmill and singing and doing whatever I have to do to prove to people because second chances are rare. I’ve definitely gotten one, so I’m going for it. I’m going for mine.”
I like Cassie. Maybe because I accepted that she has no talent a long time ago and that she’s basically a model with a record deal. I want people to stop acting like talentless people getting record deals is something new. Maybe it shouldn’t be like that but that’s the way it has always been.

This broad is the reason why terrorist groups want to blow up this country. Capitolism is one thing but she’s just like on a whole other level. She’s admitted numerous times that she has no vocal talent so the honorable thing to do would be see if you could secure some sort of long-term modeling gig or endorsement and gracefully bow out and let that “Aretha” take your spot.
since when has there been any honor in music? It’s always been about making money, not creating good songs. And no a days it doesn’t even make money. It has become a vehicle to get a person’s foot n the door so they can make money doing something else. I will continue to support her music career while at the same time never ever purchasing one of her albums
lol.
Well, I’ve been saying for a long time now, they she should jus’ stop singing, & go ahead & model. PEACE!!!
my mom bought a treadmill that is motor driven, i still prefer to jog and run the old fashioned way.`..
