President-Elect Obama Shares His Election Night Candids On Flickr
Continues to make use of the ‘Net to communicat with the masses
Some of you may have seen these already but I thought it was worth posting. I received the link via forward and as many of the Nation I might imagine I was thinking about just deleting. But seeming that it was forwarded from my mom I figured I might at least check it out. The photos as you’ll notice weren’t taken by any professional photographer but by some unidentified novice close to the Obama Fam with a digital camera.
The sometimes blurry album photo documentary kind of gives a more personal feel to the office of the presidency. When was the last time you were able to see your President in candids such as these. Perhaps I’m biased but I think as we’ve witnessed history from an racial standpoint we’re becoming a part of it from a technological standpoint. President Obama if nothing eles transcend the office of the presidency which was once a very distant idolic institution and bring it right to our computer screens. Pretty cool stuff.

Rogaine for real. Yo…FACT: the United States has NEVER had a President who was bald. Look it up.
Thanks for sharing, mi hombre! That’s what makes Obama so great- he still wants to reach out to the American people (even after the election is over)
The photos looked pretty good to me for them to be amateur pics.
Big ups to Oprah… She shared her stage and introduced Obama to me and many others. She is the most powerful female figure in the nation.
