   I love HIP-HOP and this shit aint. I tried and I just can’t get into this cat. Personally, I think he is garbage. It’s a new day brothers and sisters. Time to elevate ourselves past this type of “niggatry” and make our lives as well as our music mean something again. Bring back the ART that Hip-Hop WAS…..

     Or atleast find a neutral ground…cause I have to agree w/ u, yung kirk’s lyrics are atrocious, elementary @ best…he says like 2 words per bar, lol. & if your lyrics are weak, presentation is a must, considering that he’s a tatted up Kirk Franklin w/ a syrup slur, how did he get this far?
     I do like some new artist tho, I’m not completely old skool…The end of Bad Boy/The beginning of Roc-a-fella, was my golden era of Hip-Hop

   This Plies person has arrived. He ruined my Come Back to Me Janet song, but from the other interviews I’ve read, he’s quite a guy. He’s not the average rapper. No matter how ruffian he seems, he’s very articulate-seeming and intelligent, not the run of the mill rapper from the hood. Anyway, anyone who makes the cover of Vibe has arrived.
