Japanese Olympic Officials Hating On Obama?

Posted by Juan

Obama hate that has nothing to do with race.

Obama

Japanese Olympic officials were tight following the announcement that Barack Obama would be the next  U.S. president.  With Obama’s home town of Chicago considered to be the next closest competitor to Tokyo to host the 2016 Olympic Games, Japanese officials fear the announcement may affect their chances.

Along with Tokyo and Chicago, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro are also under consideration for the games. “I wonder how IOC members will react when Mr. Obama appears in a presentation for Chicago,” Japanese Olympic Committee President Tsunekazu Takeda said in a jealous tirade (I’m exaggerating.) The IOC is scheduled to name the 2016 host at its general assembly in October next year. “Mr. Obama is popular and good at speeches, so things could get tough for Japan,” said senior JOC board member Tomiaki Fukuda.

Ahhh yes.  Obama hate that has nothing to do with race.

Who said that it had nothing to do with race? Trust me, everything has an underlying connection to race. Everything.

    Good find, Juan.

  2. I wouldn’t say its a race factor, more so on the popularity of Barack regarding the world and how they see him as the rep for the USA.

Let them hate though… They have good reason to worry. :-)

    At least its respectable hate
