Now this month’s Good Look has historic implications to say the least; but what makes it a good look is “you.” That’s right, YOU!! The Highbrid Nation readers, our subscribers, visitors and the individuals out there who possess the right, ability and privilege to vote. It’s you guys that can actually make a difference.

Usually the ‘Good Look of the Month’ highlights a particular item, object or service that I deem is a “good look.’ This month, this time there’s no product here that’s being pushed or getting an official ‘C-Hyphen’ endorsement/ seal of approval. This November I’m just taking time out to let you guys know that all of you have a voice and it needs to be heard.

This month’s Good Look is actually exercising your right to vote. There has never been a more important time to be heard than now.  The state of the Union has been at its shakiest in decades; Wall Street/credit crisis, financial uncertainty, home foreclosures at record numbers, War on terror, The Iraq War, War in Afghanistan, etc. And that’s why this particular election is so important.  Who we put in office for the next four years will have to face biggest responsibility in taking take steps to correcting one the most volatile periods in U.S. history.

I pledge to you to take a stand and be counted, be significant, be heard but above all else…Matter!

If your motivation to vote is that there is a candidate out there that possesses the ideas, concerns and plans on the issues you can identify with, rally behind or champion, plus truly believe he will represent you and have your best interest at heart vote for him…help him into the White House.

Or…

If your motivation to vote is to be a part of history in having a direct hand in getting the first African-American candidate elected president or having the first female running mate reach the 2nd highest level in U.S. government as Vice President…Be heard.

Regardless of who you are backing…let you your vote count.

And that IS a GOOD LOOK.
