All The Jacksons Are Going On Tour Together!…Except Janet…And Michael
What was supposed to be a HUGE event is looking rather weak now.
For some time now Jermaine has been trying to get a tour going with him and his brothers with little luck. After Michael Jackson‘s 30th Aniversay show a few years back it was finally looking like they were gonna get back together. Over the past year Jermaine has been insisting that is was going to happen soon. No one seemed to care much but then Janet, while during an interview, said that she wanted to be the opening act for a tour headlined by her brothers. With all the Jacksons brothers including Michael and Janet as an opening act, it became hard not to imagine how big that would really be. However in the blink of an eye Michael crushed those dreams with this statement he released today:
“My brothers and sisters have my full love and support, and we’ve certainly shared many great experiences, but at this time I have no plans to record or tour with them. I am now in the studio developing new and exciting projects that I look forward to sharing with my fans in concert soon.”
And just like that, it’s a wrap. Jermaine insists that it’s still gonna happen and that Janet will be involved but she hasn’t been commit fully to her own tour lately so even that is in doubt. Plus would people really pay to see the Jacksons without Michael?
