Amie Street Launches New Music Store and Highbrid Nation Readers Get Some Music For Free
You read that right, if you are reading this you are gonna be able to get some free music for yourself from any of your favorite artists.
We know that there is an abundance of online music stores. Most having very little different about them. Amie Street may be something different though.
Amie Street’s main selling point is it allows you to keep your entire music collection “in the cloud” as the tech heads like to say. What that means to the rest of us is that Amie Street takes a look at your entire music collection stored on your computer, after it identifies all of your songs it allows you to stream them from the Amie Street website. That means you could listen to all of your music anywhere you go as long as you can access the Amie Street website.
Of course they sell music too. In an interesting twist, Amie Street prices songs based on popularity. So you may be paying 89 cents for a song but it’s entirely possible to stumble upon a good mp3 for only a dime.
One of the odder things about the site is that you can also buy streams instead of MP3s. That means you won’t own the files but for a cheap price you can listen to the song whenever you want on the site.
I’ve been given the special chance to offer all the readers of Highbrid Nation a free $5 credit to use Amie Street. All Highbrid Nation music is already available on Amie Street so I’m hoping you use a little of that to go cop iBrid but feel free to spend it on whatever you want.
