The Fat Boys Are Back….Again… For Real
80’s pioneers to launch reunion project, tour and Reality TV Show minus “The Human Beat Box”
“The Fat Boys are Back!“ The lyrics still ring in my head like its the late 80’s all over again. Well now they’re back…again. The legendary Fat Boys have announced that they’re reuniting for one last comeback album accompanies by a reunion tour and reality TV series.
Original Fat Boys, Prince Markie Dee and Kool Rock-ski will attempt the comeback without perhaps the most recognized member Darren “Buff Love” Robinson aka “The Human Beatbox” who died of a heart attack in 1995. The two remaining members will begin recording their album and will make their first on-screen appearance since the 80’s when they were featured in cult classics, Krush Groove and the Disorderlies.
Kool Rock-ski:“I’m weighing in at 185 these days, people are encourged and motivated to see a slim and trim Fat Boy!”
Markie Dee on his Miami based radio show: “I just think it’s time, you know, for us to get back in the groove of things.”
When asked what to expect from the Fat Boys reunion, Markie Dee jokingly yelled “all you can eat!”

IN Entertainment, Humor

Though I’m glad to hear that that are making a come back with the reality show, I’m not sure the world really wants a new Fat Boyz album. I’m not sure that the world ever did want a Fat Boyz album. I think they are probably more well known by the mainstream for that movie they did. So I think the reality show would be a good good fit. No music though.
hater. The Fat Boys did their thing back in the day…that’s the reason why they were in Disorderlies and Crush Groove.
Um…I was wondering how they were gonna pull this off without the short one who died.
I’m curious to see what Kool Rock-Ski looks like now at that new weight of his but gotta be truthful when I say I doubt seriously I’d sit thru 30 min to a full hour of a show centered around them.
exactly.
Yall r all haters. These guys are the truth. if it wasn’t for them people like biggie, big pun etc wouldnt dare get on stage. They were hot back then and quite sure the could make a good comeback. Its unfortunate that the worl dont recognize them they way they do with run dmc but they were right up there with them, kurtis blow and ll cool j. I can’t wait for the return of the fatboys!!!
