Yesterday it was announced that Chris Brown was set to launch his Men’s underwear line, Big Headed Boxers and today its all but confirmed that she will soon blast off with her own line.  The industry’s most requested spokesmodel told WWD that “There might be a clothing line on the horizon, maybe underwear.“

Ahhhh how cute.  Remember back in the day when you used to rock matching gear with your shorty? Now Chris Brown and RiRi taking it to a whole other level with matching boxer/ panty lines.

She went on to say, “I can’t say when it will be released, but it’s definitely going to happen. I’m not one to rush into anything. I want to take my time.”

You all know how I feel about these artists and their clothing lines.  I’ve lightened up a little as cats like Andre 3000 have added credibility to the practice.  I won’t bash Rihanna because I think her mindset is different than most.  She clearly has a passion for fashion as evidenced by her frequent appearances at Runway shows and Fashion week plus she’s already gotten her feet wet in the game with her partnership with Totes to design line of umbrellas and her joint venture with H&M on a casual wear initiative desinged to raise funds for the “Fashion Against AIDS” campaign.  That’s all I ask…if you’re going to be an entreprenuer, especially in the rhelm of fashion, just be passionate about it so I commend her efforts.  She may, however have to share notes with her boyfriend.
