Starting tomorrow (Wednesday) Retiring rapper, now actor, Bow Wow will join the Walk Across America Tour which is said to encourage young people to register to vote and exercise their rights.  The tour will kick off in Bow Wow’s adopted home of Atlanta.  As Bow Wow himself is recently turned 21 he is hoping to encourage his peers to get involved as he has.  This election will mark the artist formerly known as Bow Wow’s first.

In addition, Bow Wow is working with Declare Yourself and Black Youth Vote that are partnering with the 15 city tour to assist in the voter registration efforts and preach the importance of the new generation of voter participation. The effort which is “said” to be non-partisan has invited students advocates and elected officials from both parties to participate in the collaborative effort.
