Serena Williams Inks Book Deal Woth Estimated $1.3 Mill
Will pen an autobiography about her life on and off the court
2008 US Open Tennis champ, Serena Williams has announced that she will write a book about her life both on and off the tennis court. Although it has not been confirmed sources have told the associated press that the book deal could net Serena at least $1.3 million…BREAD!
“Serena Williams is one of the world’s most remarkable athletes,” Karen Kosztolnyik of Grand Central Publishing said Tuesday in a statement. “We’ve watched her rise to No. 1 despite physical and emotional setbacks, and her hard work and determination have inspired legions of fans young and old. Serena will give her memoir a strong motivational slant.”
