New Wu-Tang Deal With The Orchard Makes Extensive Catalog Bobby Digital
Fans can now access all things Wu from their Wireless headset
In a giant step toward digital vitality, the Wu-Tang collective announced a deal with digital distributor The Orchard to distribute and market its WU Music Group catalog. According to Billboard, the catalog not only includes 13 old joints previously unavailable digitally as well as recordings by Wu-Tang Clan, U God, Wu-Syndicate, Killarmy, Shyheim, West Coast Killa Beez, Black Knights and others.
The digital Wu content including album and single downloads, master and ringback tones are now available to Verizon Wireless customers via the V CAST Music Store and will be available to yall unprivileged Brand X phone subscribers by way of The Orchard’s digital network beginning Sept. 23.
And to further take the game to the next level The Orchard and Wu-Tang are launching the WU Music Mobile Fan Club powered by Mozes, the content provider which will grants subscribers exclusive access to their favorite music acts via text message in the form of news updates, release information, contests and more. To top it all off look for the new Wu Web site and Kyte TV online video channel coming real soon.
