Chad Johnson Officially Changes His Name to Ocho Cinco
Is he Crazy or Genius
The AP is reporting that Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson officially changed his name to Ocho Cinco. The Bengals released a statement saying that the receiver will be referred to by his new name in all club business moving forward. Which means this Sunday when Cinci opens up against the Ravens Chad’s jersey will read “Ocho Cinco” on the back. Depending on your school of thought this could be incredibly stupid or remarkarebly smart. In my opinion its a great move, one word : MERCHANDISING. I’m willing to bet a serious chunk of money that the Ocho Cinco Jersey will be the highest selling for this season and probably next as well. I know I want one! Not to mention Ocho Cinco Nikes, Cerael, and action figures. Before its all said and done this guy will probably have a reality show on Telemundo named Ocho Cinco. (GAME BLOUSES)!

Defintely peeped this last week, the player formerly known as Chad Johson (feel like I’m talking about prince…artist formerly known as…)is making a great marketing power move! Its all about those pecos ocho…uno!
Yeah it’s pretty simple…if he can somehow make money off of this then he’s a genius if not he’s really, really stupid.
