Last Tuesday, Highbrid Entertainment, the parent company to HighbridNation.com celebrated its 8th birthday.  Over the last 8 years we’ve experienced a series of ups and downs but by far one of our most successful endeavors has been the development of Highbrid Nation.  Everyday, tens of thousands of loyal readers coming to this site. Many of whom take it a step further by adding to the discussion by commenting on posts or even sending us tips on breaking news stories. To honor your contributions we announced that we would be celebrating our birthday by giving a gift to our most valuable readers and contributors, a $100 gift to be exact.

We were pleasantly surprised of the response to the contest and two contestants in particular exemplified the qualities that we were looking for in our MVP (Most Valuable Participant.) The staff was torn on who to select so we said eff it lets award TWO $100 Gift Cards.  Why? What would you like the Nation to know about you: I love dogs. I have a Rottweiler/German Sheppard mix that I currently live with and three others that I take care of occasionally (1 other Rotty, 1 German Sheppard, and 1 Golden Retreiver). I just recently moved to Elmwood Park, just got engaged to my long term boyfriend, got a new car cuz my car got flooded a few weeks in a storm, and that I’m starting a new job in a few weeks.
Favorite Highbrid Nation Feature: Entertainment. But overall anything that comes up always intrigues me.
Favorite Highbrid Nation Contributor: Marcus. I love his posts! He’s a damn freak with the Fat Back posts, but aren’t you all? I couldn’t believe that marathon the other day. I didn’t have much to say about that.
