It's plain to see that the school systems problems come from a lack of good management in Atlanta not the Oval Office. The people of Atlanta need to step up and elect better school board members. It's the fault of the people who got fired. The fact that it was five white people who bought it to the table is inconsequential. PLENTY of blacks in the community felt the same. They voted them in, and felt bamboozled by their own people by the relentless bickering and bush league tactics used by the former board. The former members misrepresented themselves by saying one thing to get elected and by doing their best to confirm all sterotypes of blacks in leadership positions once elected. This had nothing to do with No Child Left Behind. The members of the board weren't nominated by Bush. Sorry, but this one isn’t Bush’s fault. It’s the fault of the people who got fired.
