Jena 6 Nooser Sentenced to 4 months
Is Justice Being Served?
KKK member in training Jeremiah Munsen was sentenced to 4 months for tying two nooses on his pick up truck and driving past marchers at the Jena 6 rally while they waited for buses to carry them home. Munsen had faced up to a year in prison after pleading guilty to charges that included interfering with marchers rights to travel. Do you feel this sentence is fair, not harsh enough, or to harsh?
