Jena 6 Nooser Sentenced to 4 months
Is Justice Being Served?
KKK member in training Jeremiah Munsen was sentenced to 4 months for tying two nooses on his pick up truck and driving past marchers at the Jena 6 rally while they waited for buses to carry them home. Munsen had faced up to a year in prison after pleading guilty to charges that included interfering with marchers rights to travel. Do you feel this sentence is fair, not harsh enough, or to harsh? yeah they should have done one of those…”Send a message” sentences. He should have been forced to do community service in Brownsville, Brooklyn and become sensitive to exactly what he was dealing with.
