Business Matters:Jay-Z to Sell 50% Stake in 40/40
The Rich Get Richer
Jay-Z is allegedly in talks with Las Vegas Sands Corp. who owns the Venetian and the Palazzo to sell them a 50% stake in his 40/40 night club. This would make 40/40 the largest sport booking agent in Vegas(Cha-Ching!). Las Vegas Sands Corp. would also have the right to open 40/40 clubs across Europe.
If Jigga Man is getting a piece of the sports book he’s going to hit a billion before you know it. (Game Blouses)!
