Rapper Files $5 Mill Lawsuit against Producers of B.I.G. Documentary

Bigger Than Life

A former emcee who was featured in the documentary “Notorious B.I.G.: Bigger Than Life” is suing its producers for a whopping $5 million for allegedly using footage of him getting chewed up by B.I.G. in a battle without permission.

William Troy McCune is suing director Peter Spirer, co-producer Dream Hampton, Rugged Entertainment, and Aslan Productions alleging that he is seen “throughout the video and is a dominant feature in the extras portion,” according to court documents. “The use of the photograph, image, and likeness of the Plaintiff, in the video by the Defendants, jointly and severally, and acting in active concert was unauthorized.”

I could understand if he actually took B.I.G. in the battle but when your ass is getting drop kicked on film that’s something you’d want to keep on the hush.  I guess for $5 Million I might say something too but I doubt he’ll see anything close to that if anything at all.  Probably just get a key grip job in their next documentary.
