The animated series Joker is seen as the overall best as it combines the "psycho" with the "clown" in a very convincing way. In the movies Jack has it...so far. Early reviews of Dark Knight are saying Heath Ledger's version tops all others. Especially from the Batman Beyond Movie where they flashed back to that one's death.
