Nas Inks a Deal with Fila

Posted by 4PL

Fila was what the Fly Guys wore back in the day.

Billboard.com is reporting that MC extraordinare Nas has signed a one year deal with sports apparel and footwear company Fila. In exchange for money for ads and a tour, Nas will sport Fila gear and  co-create  an 80’s inspired line for the brand.

“My best friend Will and I loved Fila,” Nas tells Billboard. “It represented prestige and everything that was cool to us. When Will passed, we buried him in a black Fila sweat suit, so doing a deal with them has a lot of significance for me.”
