MARKETING MATTERS: Derek Jeter Signs On To Be Latest Gillette Champion
The Best A Man Can Get
“The Captain,” New York Yankee’s shortstop, Derek Jeter has singed on be the newest Gillette Champion. Jeter will join Golf great, Tiger Woods, soccer beast, Thierry Henry and the dominant tennis champ, Roger Federer in the “Gillette Champions” TV, print, consumer promotions, and online ad campaign that was launched earlier this year.
“Being a part of the Gillette Champions program is a great honor for me,” said Jeter. “In baseball, having confidence is essential, and a critical element of confidence is looking and feeling my best.”
