In Rock, Paper, Scissors ‘2 Pistols’ Clearly Beats a ‘Dolla’, But On the Streets…

Posted by Juan

Beef between D-List emcees escalates leaving the Florida Rapper left unconscious…allegedly

Dolla & 2 Pistols

Yesterday I went on a rant (sorry about that) about Beef 2.0 and how the game has changed with regard to this essential element of the Hip Hop diaspora.  One thing I neglected to address is how the new school cats have changed the rules.

Anyway, during a pre-party for the 2008 BET Awards a little bruh haha erupted stemming from a festering beef between two little known rappers (at least to me.) The contenders: Dolla from the Akon’s Konvict Muzik and Florida rapper, 2 Pistols.  Now common logic would tell us that a guy with the name 2 Pistols would CLEARLY come out on top but that was not to be the case in

According to Ballerstatus.com,  the 20-year-old Dolla was offended by recent comments made by 2 Pistols claiming Dolla had “no street credibility and isn’t really a rap artist from the streets.”  The BET award’s pre-party served as Dolla’s first opportunity to confront him.  A verbal altercation insued which escalated and resulted in the 2 Pistols apparently getting laid out cold.    who has been enjoying success with his hit single “She Got It” featuring T-Pain — being knocked out.
2 Pistols denies the allegations stating he was sucker-punched after Dolla was complained that it was he not 2 Pistols who was supposed to be featured aside T-Pain on the current single “She Got It.”

I’m trying to understand these kids and their logic.  Its making me feel real old.  Is it me or does this sound like some petty, sour grapes argument that you’d be more likely to hear about happening between two Teenage girls who wear the same outfit to school rather than two rappers on the come up.  Like Kanye said it’s not my Hip Hop anymore so maybe its not my place to say anything but I will…grow up!

Here a Pre-KO’s 2 Pistols explains his take on the rivalry

WHATS FUNNY IS THE RECORD WASNT EVEN 2 PISTOLS TO START WITH

IT WAS ORIGINALLY FLORIDA RAPPER “CHOT”

IT WAS 2 PISTOLS & CHOT FEATURING 2 PISTOLS

2 PISTOLS TOOK CHOT OFF “HIS” SONG AND GOT JUSTICE LEAGUE TO REMAKE THE BEAT, AND TURNED HIS COLLAB TRACK INTO A SOLO SONG, AND PASTED IT OFF AS HIS OWN. SONG PICKED UP ON RADIO IN TAMPA AND THEN BECAME A NATIONAL HIT, LEAVING THE ORIGINAL RECORD IN THE PASTED AND FORGOTTEN.

SO BOTH THESE RAPPERS ARE FULL OF SHIT

THE TRACK WAS “CHOT” ORIGINALLY AND THEN TPAIN WAS PUT ON IT.

SO THERE FOR TPAIN COULDNT HAVE OFFERED IT TO DOLLA OR 2 PISTOLS, WHEN IT ORIGINAL WAS JUST THE 2, 2 PISTOLS AND CHOT ON IT.

SO BOTH THESE RAPPERS IN THE GENRA OF TPAIN ARE FULL OF SHIT.
