Ice-T Tells Soulja Boy To “Eat A D*ck”
Ice-T blames Soulja Boy for killing hip hop.
While chatting it up with DJ Cisco, Ice-T decided to give his opinion of Soulja Boy and Hurricane Chris…’
“F*ck Soulja Boy! Eat a dick! This n*gga single handedly killed Hip Hop. That sh*t is such garbage man. We came all the way from Rakim, we came all the way from Das EFX, we came all the way from motherf*ckers flowing like Big Daddy Kane and Ice Cube, and you come with that Superman sh*t? That sh*t is garbage. Hurricane (Chris) take them f*cking beads out of your hair n*gga! Man up. You n*ggas is making me feel real f*cking mad about this sh*t.â€
Harsh words. I’ve always liked Ice-T but he may be a little out of line here (although humorously so). First off people are often kinda hard on Soulja Boy. I agree that his music is pretty much garbage but he’s just a kid trying to enjoy himself and never claimed to be the greatest emcee alive or anything. It may be too much to blame him for single handedly killing hip hop. As for Hurricane Chris. His music is also garbage and I’ll be the first one to make note of how Chris’ hair makes him look like a little girl in the second grade but Ice-T may not be in a place to talk. Ice-T is probably sitting under a dryer right now after getting that fresh relaxer in his hair. What’s that saying about people in glass houses?

Ice T is way out of line here. How you gonna blame one person for killing hip-hop. In my opinion hip-hop is still alive it just has different catagories. Soulja boy makes dance songs especially for the kids. They even doing his dance on a restuarant commercial. Soulja boy is successful in making one style of hip-hop music, just like Wayne, Game, and Kanye are successful for making another. Ice T, stop hatin, let the kid get money.

Soulja boy is a new level of hip hop. We need to have something for the new generation to relate to because we didn’t grow up when Ice-t did. No disrespect to Ice-t or anything. I mean Soulja boy maybe a no Nas but he is new school. I think all this beef needs to stop between rappers. Can’t they just make money and do positive stuff for their co-rappers?
