Management is the new entourage
The hip hop entourage isn’t what it used to be. Finally rappers (well at least the more succesful and enterprising ones) are starting to replace those iced out, gun-toting yes man for a skilled team of business-managers, marketers and publicists.
Forbes Magazine profiles 50 Cent’s new entourage who enabled him to pull in $150 million (pretax) last year and helped him oversea his various business ventures. Meet the people who made it possible for fif to have the clothing, sneakers, movies, videogames, ringtones, a record label, international tours and, soon, a line of dietary supplements.
