Earlier this week a jury heard the testimony of a 15 year old girl claims that Westchester cops confiscated a sex tape of hers while tossing her boyfriend, Joseph Porto’s crib during the execution of a search warrant for felony marijuana distribution charges.

Naturally the cops hooked up the DVD player in the break room at the station and played the X-rated for kicks or what the girls lawyer described as “sexual gratification.” What should she know about making sex tapes? The girl, now 17, identified as “Jane Doe” says that she was was present in Porto’s home while police watched the video in her presence “while laughing.” Allegedly they a Harrison detective told her, “I should beat your ass for this. I hope your parents beat your ass.” The teenager claims that the investigator also retrieved anal beads from the bedroom, put them in her face, and asked, “What do you do with these–put them in your mouth?”

Honestly I’m going to have to partially agree with the cops on this one. Although getting off on a 15 year old’s sex tape is disturbing, they are right however.
