95% of Returned Gadgets Still Work

In a study posted by Engadget, It’s reported that out of $13.8 billion worth of returned electronics last year b/c the customer claimed a malfunction 95% of products actually worked. The Report says that 68% of the gadgets worked but didn’t meet customer expectation or maybe too complex to use. The additional 26% was due to buyers remorse. Writers of the report claim that the complexity of gadgets is to blame as well.
