95% of Returned Gadgets Still Work

In a study posted by Engadget, It’s reported that out of $13.8 billion worth of returned electronics last year b/c the customer claimed a malfunction 95% of products actually worked. The Report says that 68% of the gadgets worked but didn’t meet customer expectation or maybe too complex to use. The additional 26% was due to buyers remorse. Writers of the report claim that the complexity of gadgets is to blame as well.

Yeah but don’t we return them cause we don’t want them anymore but tell em it’s broken? I guess people aren’t patient enough to figure out technology.
