The  bestselling LP of all-time which featuring classic records like “Billie Jean” and “Beat It” has been sent to the National Recording Registry.  Each year The Library of Congress chooses 25 recordings to preserve for historical value. 3. I think decreasing quality is relative. We’re more fans of the urban/ black music scene but folk music for example is on the rise.
