Ridiculous Video: Anchor Sue Simmons Drops The F Bomb Live On Air

Sue Simmons is off the chain. Before she got around to talking about things people want to know about like Tony nominations, Microsoft’s WorldWide Telescope, or even that “Def Jam Diet” I keep hearing about, she decided to make sure her viewers were awake with a nice lil “What the f*** are you doing?

The incident happened at 10:30pm Monday night on spot for the late Night NYC local news Thanks to reader Urban Thought for clearing that up). WNBC-TV’s Sue Simmons later in the broadcast apologized for, “a word that many people find offensive. It was a mistake I made and I’m truly sorry.”
Sue Simmon’s “f bomb” is the type of thing that makes me feel like I need to watch TV more often. Seems like I’m missing some good stuff.

It actually happen at 10:30. It was an ad spot for the 11pm news. At least three people called me talking about it. I hope she doesn’t have to pay some sort of fine or something.
It’s one of those rare moments. The fact that she called someone out on their own f*ck up surprised me.
My girlfriend told me about this morning…The best part was the 5 seconds of silence after…and WHO WAS SHE TALKING TO? I’m dying to know.

Yo…Sue Simmons is usually so composed too. That’s a real ANGRY “Fuck” too. Someone must have mooned her. She basically lost it. Only in NYC baby!
