Judge issues bench warrant for awol rapper’s arrest but what REALLY happened?

All day yesterday it looked as though Highbrid Nation’s 2007 Dummy of the Year, Foxy Brown was headed back to the clink after she missed her “scheduled” court appearance. The judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest after she failed to show.

However, the warrant was rescinded later after it was discovered that her lawyer, Laura Dilimetin actually had the court date moved to Thursday, but the court calender still reflected the old appointment.

On Thursday, Inga “Foxy Brown” Marchand, 25, will face assault and weapons charges for allegedly throwing her Blackberry cell phone at a neighbor after she complained about volume of Foxy’s booming car stereo. The woman apparently was pretty jacked up. Foxy also faces charges in Florida on May 8, where she allegedly assaulted an employee at the Queen Beauty Supply Store in Pembroke Pines. If any of these charges stick should could be going right back to the bing. OH WELL!
