New Developments in R. Kelly Case: Witness Claims to Be Involved in Threesome With Minor in Sex Tape
This dude’s got issues.
A report out of the Chicago Sun-Times this morning states that a witness in R. Kelly’s upcoming child pornography trial will testify that she got it popping with Kells and the allegedly underage girl in the sex tape…yep a THREESOME.
R. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to charges that he videotaped himself sexing a girl he knew to be 13 or 14. The problem is the alleged victim, perhaps embarrassed by the incident will reportedly testify that she is NOT the girl in the tape. But the prosecution’s new witness is expected to not only identify the girl in the tape, but testify that she was indeed underage at the time of the recording. UHHHHH wouldn’t that make her a criminal as well?

You took the words right out of my mouth. My next question is: Did this new witness ask the girl to ID? How does she actually know she was under age?
I think the girl must have announced it. We’ll find out after the testimony. The witness HAD to be of age or else she would have been considered another victim instead of a witness. She was obviously granted immunity. Imagine that…immunity for being a freak hoe who had a threesome with a minor!
and the plot thinkens. It still bothers me that we are talking about this 6 years after we should have. Either way its not looking good for Kels.
When you have money you can get things pushed back. This whole ordeal is very sickening though.
I think the prosecution is trying to do everything in it’s power to continue to have the public opinion sway in their favor. Come on now what’s next? Her dog was in the room sleeping and they have evidence of semen on its hair?
R. Kelly is on trial for child pornography. If the new witness did not know they were being filmed, then she isn’t guilty of child porn.
Also, if the two girls were the same age (or close in age), statutory rape laws likely would not apply.
Not to her…BUT TO HIM! She wouldn’t be a witnesss she’d be another victim. I feel you on the child pornography. You’re right.
All these women that would give him P*xxy it still upsets me that he picks underage girls, SICK. This was no mistake Mr. Kellz knew what he was doing…
digusting. And we will see just how long his money is during this trial.
