Marvin Harrison Indirectly Involved in Philadelphia Shooting

Posted by Marcus "Dos Un" Holmes

gamble, he didn’t shoot the victim but it was his gun. should he face any legal action

 marv

Earlier this week there was a shooting outside Playmakers, an establishment owned by Colts receiver Marvin Harrison.  The weapon used in the shooting belonged to Harrison but he wasn’t the person who pulled the trigger.  The victim didn’t finger Harrison but two days after the incident took place investigators did interview him since it was his weapon.  I think its safe to say a family member used the gun and brought alot of unnecessary attention to my man Marvin.  He said his pc. never leaves his house but it was recovered at a car wash also owned by Harrison a few blocks away from Playmakers.

In Philadelphia the law says Marvin Harrison should be hit with a misdemeanor because it was his weapon.  The fact that he wasn’t involved doesn’t matter.  Is this right.  I’m not so sure it is.
