CNN Signs Independant deal
More of my favorite rappers who don’t matter anymore
Rap Group Capone N Noreaga has signed a new recording contract with independent Label SMC Recordings . The group will release their first project in eight years. Their Last album the “Re-Union” went gold and CNN has a decent fan base, but the landscape of the industry has changed dramatically since CNN’s last effort. The Indie road has its advantages and disadvantages. CNN will have to move tactfully to ensure success. CNN burst onto the scene in 97 with their classic “War Report”. Noreaga brought his unique “What What” sound to the game in his classic release N.O.R.E. and was largely responsible for bringing what was later dubbed “The Neptune sound” to the forefront of the music industry.
