First Look: The Carter III
Can Anyone Say Ready to Die, Illmatic, and most recently The Documentary. The Baby on the album cover thing is so old

looks like a chucky doll.
This probably isn’t the real cover to the album. People are saying its the cover because it appeared on Amazon.com. But Amazon has a feature that lets users upload images for products they dont have pictures of yet. So its likely someone made this cover and uploaded it.
As Joe Budden said, “Something wrong with that picture, must be photoshopped”
How’s it not the real cover Mike? Even Amazon has it listed as the cover. Do they traditionally change that?
like I said, Amazon doesn’t have pictures for all their products so they rely on users to upload pictures for them. I’ve had to do that a couple times so I could have a picture in the related products section of our post (for instance i uploaded Mariah carey’s album cover as soon as it came out).Until today the picture assigned to lil waynes album was just a picture of him that someone uploaded. Though, If the baby cover remains on amazon for the next few days then its likely offcial.

HipHopDX did an interview with a photographer who was working on the cover to Carter 3 and he said the album cover was gonna be something very different. Here’s a link to the interview. like a doctor and his patient with Wayne playing both roles.
