25k a month aint enough

50 is being sued by his baby moms, who claims the rapper is trying to evict her and her son from their home. Shaniqua Tompkins claims that fif is forcing her and his son Marquis out of a $1.2 million house that was promised to her. Tompkins‘ lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, said: “This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing. Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he’s trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son.”

Ma you getting hit off with 25k a month by your own crib. I dont want to call you a bum bitch but I would just be saying what everyone was thinking! (Game Blouses)!

25k a month and she is complaining? It isn’t her property so she needs to find a spot to rest her head along with her son’s.

What I really want to know is: Does she work? She needs to get a job and/or further her education so when the money runs out (when the son turns 18) she can have something to fall back on.

I don’t blame 50.

you guys know i usually do not agree with you, but this time you are right. it is not called ‘her support’ it is child support. some people do not even make that in a year. i do not know how it works up there, but it is screwed up here. because i made a little money, the state of n.c. said my ex did not have to pay anything. she is very fortunate; especially since the son is seen with him more than her. she saw what greed got her last moth; nothing!! what is wrong with getting her own?? she is making us hard working people look bad!!!!

The system is different here. Last time I worked in payroll I remember one dude who had 17% taken from his check. The weeks he made close to nothing we had to use a formula that would leave him something to work with. I believe it was a deduction of $50 for that week.

I know a friend of mine who received a $.17 check. She made a poster out of it and wrote “loser” with a red sharpie.

I realize that a lot of woman have it hard. Some men don’t handle their responsibility. But what it comes down to is doing for your child regardless. You cannot rely on someone else to take care of your child.

I know you have your ish together. I would suspect that you would considering how critical you are of our opinions.

It’s unfortunate that child support isn’t even used for what it’s supposed to be for. Most of the time it’s for their own greed or personal revenge. I see too many chicks receiving child support with their hair and nails done but the kids look like Raggedy Ann & Andy. It’s just sad. She needs to be happy with her 300,000 TAX FREE dollars and kick rocks! For Real!

Why could I have not been somebodies baby mamma getting 25K a month? I would have maxed out my 401k contributions, set a bit in Tbills and sublet somethin nice on East River Drive… OOPS! I wouldna had to work, would I? Do we honestly think that baby needs to live in a million dollar house to be happy? Fitty need to take the kid and hire a nanny for 20! a month!
