What is Real, Really?

Posted by E. A. Smith

The Matrix franchise is a movie to some, but two scientist say we are not to far from it.

Wake up! and smell the coffee is a common phrase when people are telling you to stop being so naive.  What is real is what Morpheus asked Neo when he wanted Neo to understand what the Matrix was about, but not knowing reality is not to far fetched.

Apple, IBM and Bill Gates Stepson Microsoft has teamed up to try and figure out how true the Matrix movie was and make us “Wake up and smell the coffee.”  Gary Stefon and Sarish Inguala say they have proof that the world we live in is not real, but simply an elaborate mathmatical equation.  “The age in which man can no longer make his own story is about to be behind us.” says Inguala, “Once S.A.R.A.C (Super Aware Rationalization Aging Computer) breaks the code, we can change history by the push of a button.  This is a very exciting time!”

The ‘S.A.R.A.C’ experiment started over 15 years ago as a theory for Stephon’s Doctorate project while at MIT and has turned into a $6.7 billion dollar project that has world officials on edge.  Countries like Spain, Russia, Mexico and Canada are opposing the project, but the United States say they have no grounds to put a hault to the project. Personally I think it is lucrative and if this is allowed to go on the world may end in 2012 like predicted.  What do you think?  I know that many think this is an April Fool’s joke but click here for the story from Better Electronics.
