Ludacris goes Green with ‘Battleground Earth’
Discovery Networks signs Luda to compete in its new eco-friendly reality show.
Ludacris has teamed up with, of all people, Tommy Lee to host Planet Green’s upcoming reality competition series, Battleground Earth. According to MovieWeb, The new program will air for the Discovery Network.
The ten episode series follow Luda and Tommy Lee as they journey across the country while participating in different eco-friendly challenges intended to highlight “green” issues. At the end, the two will put on an eco-conscious concert in Los Angeles at the Greek Theater – with proceeds benefiting Griffith Park. The show has yet to begin shooting but will start shortly and is slated to be ready for the fall premieres.
