Papoose and Remy Ma Are Getting Married Right In Time For Her To Go To Prison

Yo Papoose, what are you thinking homie?

So we all know by now that Remy Ma is going to prison for up to 25 years. Before you feel bad about her keep in mind that the conviction is for shooting her childhood friend in the stomach over $3000. Anyway in her days before going to the slammer she has decided that her and her sparring partner/secret boyfriend Papoose are gonna get married. How sweet. Here’s the statement from Papoose…

“We always wanted to keep our personal lives personal, so that’s why we never went public with our relationship. Right now, I just feel like she gotta live through me. Yes, we were scheduled to be married on a yacht April 27th. But due to circumstances beyond our control, we are now making arrangements to be married in prison.”

Wow, that’s pretty wack. Seriously, what is Papoose thinking? Yo, I can understand if you love the girl or whatever but you are gonna get married as she goes to prison for who knows how many years? Sometimes you just gotta cut ya loses and move on. If ya’ll are meant to be together, you will reconnect when she gets out.

What do you guys think? Is Papoose a fool in love or just a fool?

What is whack about being being in love? At least he is trying to do the right thing; something most black men will not do even under ideal circumstances. As for the cut his losses, Mr. Belgrove, how do you not know this is who GOD intended for him. You do not know, nor do I what these two have been through, but they did it TOGETHER!! To me this is the “most real” person I have seen you write about. Why do you think ‘for better or worse’ is in marriage vows? Because it is not a bed of roses. When the going gets tough, some get going to someone else. Instead of tearing the man down, what is wrong with a little support??

I do understand what you are saying but if they are meant to be together than why not just wait it out? Like you said, maybe they have been through a lot and he feels like marriage is still the right thing to do. I doubt if I would have went that route.

aahhhh they’ve been wilding out T3C. They had they’re opportunity and ‘Poose tried to smuggle a handcuff key into Rikers. Sounds like he was the one who was hating…on himself.
