Who Wants To Try Some BLOW?
No, Seriously. Who wants to try some BLOW?
Did you know drugs are cool now? Must have happened when all of us were sleep but they are. In music there was once a time when you would only here talk of the artists smoking weed. However now it’s not uncommon to hear not just rockers but rappers talking about doing ecstasy and cocaine. And by the looks of it, some upstart new companies are aiming to take advantage of the new “drugs are cool” culture we live in today. First there was the recently discontinued energy drink Cocaine. Now another company, BLOW, is trying to appeal to America’s new obsession with drugs.
Like Cocaine, BLOW is meant to be consumed as an energy drink but instead of coming in a can it come in a powder form within a small vial. The vial is meant to be poured into your favorite beverage, giving it an extra boost.
BLOW seems to be going hard with the drugs, sex and rock & roll theme with both their official website and their MySpace page having loud music and barely dress women all throughout.
Seems like the guys behind BLOW know better than to rely on traditional retail like Cocaine did. Instead they seem to be focusing their attention on having people order the product directly from them via the internet.
If you go ahead and order yourself some BLOW, one of the first things you will notice is that even the packaging mimics the drug it is named after. How you ask? Well, it looks like a straight up brick of coke.
Now once again I ask, who wants to try some BLOW?

Business Opinion: Interesting concept…might actually work.
Relax parents…we aren’t trying to sell drugs to little Johnnie.
We don’t think minors should consume Blow period. However, that is not because of our marketing. We don’t think minors should consume any highly-caffeinated beverages and we are the only product on the market that states that our product is for those 18 years and older.
Yes Blow is clearly aimed to flirt with and mock the drug culture. It’s edgy, sexy, and tongue-in-cheek. Anyone who can’t see that point….well….they have bigger issues to deal with than our energy drink mix.
Whether you love us or hate us (no one seems to be in the middle) we strongly believe you have the right and freedom to choose the products you consume.
If you don’t like Blow, don’t buy it. You’re not our desired consumer.

Having a MySpace page to advertise your product tells a tale of itself that I feel contradicts with your comment.
