Ben Chavis of H3 & Hip Hop Soda Shops Addresses Shareholder’s Concerns Via Webcast
Even Hip Hop on Wall Street’s got problems.
President and CEO of H3 Enterprises, Inc., Dr. Benjamin F. Chavis today hosted a company update to address some shareholders concerns. Keeping consistent with some of the technological advancements that Hip Hop Soda Shops hopes to champion the update was hosted earlier today via a live video webcast and national telephone conference call.
As, a publically traded company (Pink sheets: HTRE) and Hip Hop’s first, Dr. Chavis held the update to address some of his shareholders concerns with regard to growth and expansion. He did answer questions that were sent in during the webcast via email.
From the onset, Dr. Chavis appeared to be visually bothered by his need to even call the meeting however did say that it was necessary to provide clarity for all shareholders. The major concern was growth and how the growth of the company and franchise expansion of the Hip Hop Soda Shops would affect stock prices and share dilution. Although he seemed apologetic for the tone of his address he did promise that his next meeting would take on a more positive tone, addressing the solutions to the problems moving forward. No date for that webcast has been scheduled.
