Jay Z on G Unit; Is that Even Possible?
nutz i tell ya
Media Smith recently reported that there are quiet talks of G Unit tryin’ to acquire Hov. Now we all know Smith so none needs to be said there. My question is….can this even happen. Smith takeout says he’d be brought on to do more than music. He would basically run the company and allow 50 to focus on music and other efforts. I think it could make sense, will it happen, likely slim chance. If it does i’ll have to order the boneless spare rib combo….duck sauce nah nah not that… duck sauce yo!
pardon the diddy

Not to far from crazy, but I’m not sure if I’d like to see it.
It’ll never happen. Jay is on another level…despite whatever 50 has done…Jay is the top dog in the game right now…whether you’re a Jigga fan or not you gotta admit that and for him to do that he would be playin’ himself and Jay is too smart for that (IMO based on his past business moves).
I could see Jay making some one album deals until he figures out his next move. Kinda like when was breifly on No Limit.
it dosent make sense, what is jay going to do, come over and not promote any g-unit albums???
Jay is a vanity pick, you hire Jay to say “Hey Jay-z works here.” just to attract new artist who are still in awe of hova, but the established artist look at what he did with def jam, and pass.
Now i could see jay getting a Label deal with Aftermath, similar to what Em and 50 have, but i cant see him taking a step back and working for another artist, if thats the case he might as well work for diddy. (Take that, take that.)
