Drop A Gem On Em
What.. You Trying to Drop Knowledge?
As young professionals were constantly learning our profession, picking up tricks of the trade, developing key relationships all in the pursuit of becoming great at what we do. The habits we develop during this process directly influence the type of professional we become or we’re perceived to be.
One key component to becoming the ultimate professional is LISTENING. We’ve all encountered those arrogant know it all professionals who rarely take the time to listen to what others are saying, and feel like their answer is the only answer. No One wants to work alongside, do business with, or even associate with those type of professionals even if they are extremely talented.
My Peeps Over at Dumb Little Man-Tips for Life have a great article on the subject of listening as it pertains to a professional environment. I suggest reading, digesting, and using it in your pursuit to become the ultimate professional.
