The Peace Disturbed–Def Jam Drops Luda’s DTP artists; Soon The Label
Def Jam drops artists, including Bobby Valentino, off Ludacris’ DTP label and will soon sever ties with DTP
Word on the street is that Def Jam has dropped three of Ludacris‘ Label Distrurbing Tha Peace. The artists are Steph Jones, Shareefa and surprisingly Bobby Valentino. Surprisingly Valentino beacuse he is actually the 2nd most profitable artist on DTP behing Ludacris for the past few years.

The industry is all a buzz about Disturbing the Peace records. Apparently there is a major shakeup happening as we read.
According to SEVERAL of my close Def Jam sources all hell is breaking loose on Ludacris DTP imprint. Apparently when the label brought all their R&B artists to perform at Spotlight for LA Reid, along with a bunch of industry heads in NYC earlier this week, the feedback was less then thrilling. The performances were SOHH lackluster that a source told me that LA told Luda that he can take his acts and “hit the roadâ€.
As of right now Bobby Valentino, Shareefa, and the extremely talented Stephan Jones, AKA Mr. Ordinaray has all been dropped. Sources close to Bobby claim that the artist plans on dropping his next untitled CD on iTunes. No word yet on where Shareefa, and Steph Jones will end up.
Word on the streetz is that DTP heads are planning on severing ties with Def Jam over all the drama. Again, this is what I am hearing. I hope its not true, but you know I got to keep my readers in the know.

NE-YO AND ALEACIA KEYS GOT DROPPED BEFORE THEY BLEW UP AND THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO STEPH BUT DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, JUST WATCH WHAT HAPPENS WHILE THE REST OF THESE JOKES PUT OUT RADIO HITS AND SELL ZERO RECORDS. ALSO BOBBY HAS HIS FAN BASE AND A PLATINUM AND GOLD ALBUM WITH NO PROMOTION SO HE WILL BE FINE

Well rumor has it, that Shareefa ditched Teddy Riley, and a personal assistant that introduced her to Riley & others in the industry.
