Family Guy’s Cleveland Getting His Own Spinoff
This could be history making. A spinoff of a cartoon.
It’s funny. Just a few years ago Fox canceled Family Guy. That was before the show found a loyal fanbase on Adult Swim and the sales of the show’s DVDs exploded. Now Fox wants to milk Family Guy for all they can get.
Recently Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane announced that he was penning a Family Guy Spin off show starring Peter Griffin’s slow talking African-American neighbor Cleveland. Pretty cool if you ask me and I know Miss Info will be happy but it seems a little odd considering Seth was pissed at Fox for deciding to finish episodes of Family Guy without him during the Writer’s Strike. Guess everyone is buddy buddy again and Seth can go back to caking off of Family Guy, American Dad and soon Cleveland (working title).
And for those who aren’t sure who Cleveland is, watch this clip below where he saved by none other than Spider-man.

Crazy indeed. Gleb you making jealous with you Hulu stuff, I want in…lol.
My bad I forgot to add it has been done before. Pinky and the Brain got a show from Animaniacs and Darkwing Duck spun off of Ducktales.
I stand corrected. Maybe I should have said “first spin off of a prime time animated series”
I actually have about 10 Hulu beta invites and I was thinking about giving them to HN readers. EA you’d be disqualified because you are staff.
Didn’t Cleavland get killed by stewie
Cartoons can’t die.
That was a “what if” episode.

I would prefer to see Quagmire than Cleveland.
