TomTom: Dockable In Dashboard
A new GPS unit to pimp your ride with.
The new Toyota Yaris SR now comes with a TomTom GPS unit that has its docking place within the dashboard. The GPS unit does more than just give directions but stands as your car stereo plus has Bluetooth technology for hands free conversations. When you’re ready to hit the streets all you have to do is pop it out the dashboard for additional directions. This new innovation reminds me of a remix of the detachable stereo faceplate or the ultra old bensi box. Same rules apply… don’t drop it.
P.S. Americans can only drool for now because these TomTom equipped Yaris’ will be manufactured only in Europe. I guess New York doesn’t get everything first. Thanks AutoBlog
