This issue is not about what the man was doing. I don’t care if he was in the process of adultry no man deserves to die at the hands of the police force that pledged to protect him. I pay your salary and this is how you do me? Look…issues are issues we all have them. If you’re against the degradation of woman I’m sure there far greater forums for that argument…right here on this very site. I’d welcome your debate but for Roc-A-Wear to even honor this man’s legacy well after the wake of this incident is a testament to their determination for change. I will not loose is a motto that I stand by as we all should. Nothing more nothing less…you even debating the validity of this statement is an indication that we’ve already lost.

i think bachelor parties in all ethnic cultures in america revolve around women, fun etc. we don’t know if he planned it. usually it is done by friends and although u can say no, you can’t. even though he and friends were there to see women strip or whatever, he didn’t deserve what he got. i applaud them for using this to get a message across

Ms. Sheila has a point. exactly what is this over? what statement are you trying to make? far too many people in the north, as well as the south are being killed for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. an athlete from charlotte was killed outside a strip club a couple of years ago. the radio station was saying to pray for him. my answer was why? i know people are about to be mad, but, JESUS said “Let the dead bury the dead’. furthermore, why were these men not home with their families? i could sympathize, and empathize if they had been doing almost anything else. but they were looking at & paying to see naked women. it does not take all this!! when black men start to respect themselves, as well as us black women, maybe things will change.
